OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TO GUARANTEE THE BEST SECURITY TO YOUR TRANSACTIONS AT THEONERS STORE ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE PROCESSED BY PAYPAL PAYMENT SECURE SERVER.
REMEMBER: YOU DON’T NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY YOUR ORDER. IF YOU HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT JUST LOGIN AND PAY; IF YOU DON’T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT JUST FILL THE FORM WITH YOUR CARD DETAILS AND SHIPPING/BILLING INFORMATION.



We are always open. You can order from us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
 

DELIVERY, PAYMENTS AND RETURNS INFORMATION
Please note that all prices are in EURO unless otherwise specified. If you are ordering from outside the UE your credit card company will automatically convert the amount into your local currency. For advice on exchange rates you can use a website like www.xe.com. Shipping charges are calculated in the shopping basket after you have entered the country for delivery.
You may use Visa, Solo, Maestro, Electron or MasterCard for your online purchases. We cannot accept money orders, cheques or postal orders.
All payments will be processed by PayPal payment server. You DON’T need a PayPal account to pay your order.
 
 
ORDERING PROCESS
Click on "Add To Cart" for the item you wish to purchase. You will then be brought to a screen that shows all the items in your shopping cart.
When you have finished placing items in your cart, click on "Checkout ". This is located on the shopping cart screen.
You will then need to answer a few questions pertaining to your shipping and billing information.
After you have finished these steps, your order will process. Shortly after you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
We use Priority Mail Service for all EU orders and Air Mail for International orders. Typically, merchandise that is in stock ships within 14 days of an order being placed. If the item you order is not available, the backorder will be shipped immediately upon receipt.
Shipment time from dispatch is 5-7 working days from dispatch for Europe and 7-14 working days for Rest of the World. The actual delivery date can vary depending on customs clearance for your respective country. Additional customs fees may apply depending on your countrys duties, we cannot be held responsible for these charges.
 

ORDER STATUS
You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into the Shop using your email address and password. Click on the link My Account and you will see the order details and the stage of processing.
 
 
RETURNS
Within 15 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item for a substitution or for a full refund, under the following conditions: Items must be in their original condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
Please fill the STORE return form (users can reach the form thru the website's footer link RETURNS FORM), send it and wait for our return approval. Then we'll email you a return number and next please follow the easy steps below:

1. On a piece of paper please write the return number we emailed you and if you would like an exchange or refund.
2. Wrap the merchandise securely.
3. Post back to us.

4. Items must be in their original condition, with original packaging and accessories.
5. Music merchandise (tapes, CDs) must be unopened.
 

CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Center at shop@theoners.com. If your order has already shipped from our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order and you must follow the returns process describe above.
 

REFUNDS
Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you via email of your refund. If the return is due to our error we will refund the entire cost of the original order including shipping.
